Third suspect charged in fatal KCK shooting

Wyandotte County prosecutors have filed charges against a third suspect in the Oct. 21 fatal shooting of a high school student.

Deaarion Potts, 15, was charged in the juvenile department of Wyandotte County District Court with first-degree murder and criminal discharge of a firearm at an occupied vehicle in connection with the shooting death of Ramon Bradley.

Bradley, 17, was shot while riding in a car after attending a community center party near downtown Kansas City, Kan.

Prosecutors previously filed the same charges against D’Andre P. Hill, 16, and Bobby Hale Jr., 20.

They will seek to have Potts and Hill, who are juveniles, tried as adults, prosecutors said.
