A man was shot to death Sunday night in south-central Kansas City, police said.
Officers were called about 10:30 p.m. Sunday to the 1300 block of East 81st Street. They found the victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The man was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
