A man was fatally stabbed tonight near a Kansas City, North, apartment complex.
The stabbing happened shortly after 7 p.m. near Parvin Road and North Belaire Avenue, police said. About an hour later, a suspect turned himself in to police at a local station.
Police did not give a motive for the stabbing nor did they release the identities of the two men involved in the altercation.
