Authorities have identified a 27-year-old man found shot to death outside of a Kansas City, Kan., apartment building as Carl C. Jenkins.
Officers called to the complex in the 7300 block of State Avenue just after 1 p.m. Saturday found Jenkins dead from a gunshot. Details of what led to the shooting were not available. Police are continuing to investigate.
