Kansas City, Kan., police today identified 27-year-old Kelvin Brown as the man who was shot to death Monday.
The Leavenworth resident was killed shortly after noon in the 1500 block of North 29th Street.
Detectives are asking anyone with information about the killing to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
