Kansas City police are investigating the shooting death of a man found lying in the snow this afternoon.
Police were called to the 1700 block of Missouri Avenue at 12:19 p.m. Monday on a reported shooting. The victim was dead when officers arrived.
No other details were released.

The man was the third slain in two days in Kansas City.
