Police identified a woman shot to death in east Kansas City Thursday night as 44-year-old Cathy M. Henderson of Kansas City.
She was one of two people police found shot late Thursday night outside of a residence in the 2400 block of Brighton Avenue.
A male victim was taken to a hospital and reported in critical condition immediately after the shooting. An updated condition report was not available Friday.
