The Kansas City Star

Murder charges have been filed against a fourth suspect in the Oct. 21 shooting death of a Kansas City, Kan., teenager.

Wyandotte County prosecutors charged Deandre U. Harris, who turned 18 today, with first-degree murder in the killing of 17-year-old Ramon Bradley.

He also is charged with criminal discharge of a weapon at an occupied vehicle and criminal use of weapons. Like two of the others previously charged, Harris, of Raytown, was charged in the juvenile department of Wyandotte County District Court. Prosecutors are seeking to have all three tried as adults along with the fourth suspect, who is 20.

Bradley was fatally shot while riding in a car near downtown Kansas City, Kan.
